About SIE :

Founded in 2009, Sinoway International Education (“SIE”) is the largest and the first alliance of accredited American-style summer Sessions in China. With the mission of providing high quality and affordable International Summer Sessions (“ISS”) Programs in China eligible for U.S. university-level academic credit transfer, SIE Alliance has served over 3,200 students from over 300 different institutions and has been accepted for credit transfers by more than 240 universities in North America. Over the past three years, over 200 college level courses in various disciplines with instruction given by more than 120 professors from several prestigious universities in the United States are offered in SIE Alliance of International Summer Sessions.

Building on these successful experiences, SIE has partnered with top-tier universities including East China Normal University (Shanghai), University of International Business and Economics (Beijing), Beijing Normal University (Beijing), Nanjing University (Nanjing), Sun Yat-Sen University (Guangzhou) .

About International Summer Sessions of SIE Alliance:

East China Normal University, University of International Business and Economics, Beijing Normal University, Nanjing University, Sun Yat-Sen University, with which SIE cooperates, are all famous universities within the Greater China Region and have been recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and Canada as well.

Host universities of International Summer Sessions are in charge of the academic affairs including curriculum arrangement, educational administration, identifying grades and issuing transcripts. On the other hand, SIE is responsible for maintaining the networking programs and the non-academic affairs at each campus.

Fun and inspiring extracurricular activities are open for all students for free, including the famous Business Program, Social Events, and newly launched Pre-College Scholars Academy Program for high school juniors and seniors.

During the past three years, over 3,200 students from over 300 institutions worldwide have enrolled in summer sessions of SIE Alliance and successfully received credits in their home universities. In 2013, SIE is assisting 5 prestigious universities to establish summer sessions:
